About The Position
ZWILLING is seeking enthusiastic Seasonal Sales Associates to help create exceptional customer experiences during our busiest holiday season. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, and take pride in delivering outstanding service, we'd love to hear from you. Located at Woodbury Common Premium Outlets in Central Valley, NY, our store attracts shoppers from across the Hudson Valley, New York City, and the surrounding tri-state area. Candidates should have access to reliable transportation and be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Experience in customer service, retail sales, or hospitality is a plus, but a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service are what matter most.
Requirements
- Passion for cooking, food, or premium consumer products
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-first mindset with a positive attitude
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift 35 lbs. and comfortably use a ladder
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Employment visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities
- Delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences
- Help achieve and exceed sales goals
- Share product knowledge and demonstrate key product features
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays and store presentation standards
- Support in-store events and promotions
- Assist with inventory, shipments, and stock replenishment
- Help maintain a positive, collaborative team environment
- Accurately utilize customer relationship management tools
