About The Position

As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create memorable holiday shopping experiences. Through product knowledge, customer engagement, and smart selling behaviors, you work toward sales goals, build customer trust, and inspire loyalty. You also help keep the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting. Colleagues prepare for the day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals, popular items, trends, and promotions, and ensuring the sales floor is ready for customers. During the day, they build relationships through friendly, personal conversations; maintain a shoppable space through merchandising, processing damages and vendor returns, updating signs and pricing, and assisting with merchandise moves; and share loyalty program benefits while providing a warm checkout and thank-you. Teamwork, continuous improvement, and achieving individual and store results are emphasized. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and colleague availability.
