About The Position

The LEGO Group is seeking a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate for their Short Pump Town Center location. This role is responsible for ensuring a signature experience for every guest, maintaining store operations, and contributing to a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment. The associate will handle cash register functions, assist with merchandise, and resolve customer issues. This position also involves customer engagement, use of promotional materials, and loyalty programs, and typically includes store operational tasks when on duty.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Ensure a signature experience for every guest by greeting them, performing cash register functions, and maintaining a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging manner.
Provide a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties and maintaining store displays according to LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards.
Operate the store stockroom safely and efficiently, assisting in merchandise receiving, maintaining stockroom standards, abiding by safety regulations, and notifying management of potential shortage situations.
Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to the manager.
Engage with customers.
Utilize promotional materials and loyalty programs.
Perform store operational tasks when on duty.
