About The Position

The LEGO Group is seeking a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate for their Short Pump Town Center location. This role is responsible for ensuring a signature experience for every guest, maintaining store operations, and upholding LEGO Brand Retail standards. The position involves customer engagement, operational tasks, and contributing to a positive store environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a signature experience for every guest by greeting them, performing cash register functions, and maintaining a professional, friendly, and engaging manner.
• Provide a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays, and executing LEGO Brand Retail visual standards.
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom, assist in receiving merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO Brand Retail standards, abide by safety regulations, and notify management of potential shortage situations.
• Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to the manager.
• Customer engagement.
• Use of promotional materials and loyalty programs.
• Typically responsible for store operational tasks in duty.
