About The Position

The Seasonal Retail Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) delivers engaging, inspirational retail experiences to LEGO® fans of all ages in an interactive store environment. The role involves welcoming guests, providing friendly and professional service, processing transactions, maintaining a clean and visually stimulating store, and supporting safe and efficient stockroom operations. Associates also help create an active, hands-on in-store experience that encourages imagination and creativity through play. The position is seasonal and part-time, expected to last until January 10, 2027, subject to change based on business needs. There is potential for the role to become permanent for excellent performers. Associates must provide availability of up to 25 hours per week across at least three days, including at least one weekend day; this is an availability requirement and does not guarantee scheduled hours.

Requirements

• Provide availability for up to 25 hours per week across at least three days, including at least one weekend day.
• Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
• Be able to access all areas of the store, including the sales floor, stock areas, register areas, and loading dock.
• Be able to perform the physical activities described, including standing for at least two consecutive hours and lifting at least 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, gracious, professional, and engaging service.
• Perform cash register functions and process information and merchandise through the register system.
• Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to a manager.
• Perform daily cleaning duties and maintain store displays in accordance with LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards.
• Receive merchandise and maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards.
• Follow safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
• Use promotional materials and loyalty programs.
• Work varied hours, days, nights, and weekends as business needs require.
