About The Position

Purple is seeking a motivated, positive Sales Associate to generate sales on the retail floor and assist customers throughout their buying experience. The associate is responsible for achieving personal performance goals, contributing to store success and profitability, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience. The role offers opportunities to develop selling skills and product knowledge in a positive environment. Compensation is $15.50 per hour, plus eligibility for monthly commissions on qualifying mattress sales under the applicable commission agreement. This part-time position is expected to work approximately 15–29 hours per week, with actual hours varying according to business needs. The schedule may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strongly preferred: at least 1 year of experience working in a retail environment.
Comfort learning and adapting to new technology.
Strong interpersonal communication capabilities.
