About The Position

As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create memorable holiday shopping experiences. You learn what customers need, offer personalized recommendations, and connect them with suitable products and services. Through product knowledge, customer engagement, and effective selling behaviors, you work toward sales goals, build trust, and encourage customer loyalty. The role includes more than cashiering: you help maintain a clean, organized, inviting, and shoppable sales floor. At the start of the day, colleagues prepare the sales floor, review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top-selling products, and stay informed about trends and promotions. During the day, they welcome customers, build personal conversations and relationships, maintain merchandise and displays, update signs and pricing, and help with merchandise moves. They share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and end interactions with a sincere thank-you. Colleagues support one another, work toward individual and store results, and continue learning and improving. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week. Hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
