About The Position
Join the LEGO® Brand Retail team as a Seasonal Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) at Ala Moana Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. This seasonal, part-time role provides inspirational guest experiences in an interactive store environment. The position is expected to last until January 20, 2027, subject to change based on business needs, with the potential to become permanent for excellent performers. The associate creates a signature experience for every guest by greeting visitors, operating the cash register, and maintaining a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging manner. The role also involves keeping the store clean, safe, and visually stimulating; maintaining displays and visual standards; and helping receive merchandise and maintain a safe, organized stockroom. Availability of up to 25 hours per week must be provided, including at least one weekend day and a minimum of three days. This is an availability requirement and does not guarantee that 25 hours will be scheduled. The position is based at the specified store location.
Requirements
- Provide availability for up to 25 hours per week, including at least one weekend day and a minimum of three days.
- Work various hours, days, nights, and weekends as business requires.
- Access all areas of the store, including the sales floor, stock areas, register areas, and loading dock.
- Constantly move, talk, hear, reach, grab, and stand for at least two consecutive hours.
- Occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders.
- Have close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Lift at least 30 pounds.

Responsibilities
- Greet every guest and provide fun, meaningful interactions and an inspirational LEGO® retail experience.
- Perform all cash register functions and maintain a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging manner.
- Perform daily cleaning duties and maintain store displays and LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards.
- Assist with receiving merchandise and maintain the stockroom according to LEGO® Brand Retail standards.
- Follow safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
- Process information and merchandise through the register system.
- Support an active, hands-on in-store experience that encourages imagination and creativity through play.
