About The Position
ZWILLING is seeking enthusiastic Seasonal Sales Associates to help create exceptional customer experiences during our busiest holiday season. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, and take pride in delivering outstanding service, we'd love to hear from you. Located at Merrimack Premium Outlets in Merrimack, New Hampshire, our store serves shoppers from across Southern New Hampshire and the Greater Boston region. Candidates should have access to reliable transportation and be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Experience in customer service, retail sales, or hospitality is a plus, but a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service are what matter most.
Requirements
- Passion for cooking, food, or premium consumer products
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-first mindset with a positive attitude
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift 35 lbs. and comfortably use a ladder
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Employment visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities
- Delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences
- Help achieve and exceed sales goals
- Share product knowledge and demonstrate key product features
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays and store presentation standards
- Support in-store events and promotions
- Assist with inventory, shipments, and stock replenishment
- Help maintain a positive, collaborative team environment
- Accurately utilize customer relationship management tools
