About The Position

As a Seasonal Fragrance Sales Support colleague, you help create a warm, inviting experience in the fragrance department. You maintain a beautifully merchandised, fully stocked space while supporting the sales team behind the scenes and on the floor. Tasks include preparing products, restocking displays, and assisting with transactions. The role combines customer service and sales support, requiring attention to detail, hospitality, and the ability to anticipate team needs during the busy season.

Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled 10–20 hours per week. Hours depend on business needs and colleague availability. Flexible availability is needed for various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Help ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and prepared for customers.
• Review sales goals and learn about new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, and promotions.
• Welcome customers and create friendly, personal conversations that build customer relationships.
• Maintain a shoppable space by merchandising new receipts, processing damages and testers, and selecting merchandise to return to vendors.
• Update signs and pricing and support merchandise moves as needed.
• Share Loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and thank them for their purchases.
• Support teammates with honesty, care, and collaboration.
• Work toward sales goals, take pride in the work, and learn from colleagues to contribute to individual and store results.
• Prepare products, restock displays, and assist with transactions.
