Seasonal Retail Fragrances Sales Associate, Fair Oaks Mall
About The Position
As a Seasonal Fragrance Sales Support colleague, you will help create a warm, inviting experience in the fragrance department by keeping the area beautifully merchandised and fully stocked, supporting the sales team, preparing products, restocking displays, and assisting with transactions. You will anticipate team needs, keep the space ready for shoppers, and help create positive customer moments during the busy season. The role calls for flexible team players who can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Typical work includes preparing the sales floor, reviewing sales goals and learning about new arrivals, popular items, trends, and promotions. You will welcome customers, build relationships through friendly conversations, and support sales goals. You will also merchandise new receipts, process damages and testers, select merchandise for return to vendors, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves. Colleagues share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and support teammates through honest, caring collaboration. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and availability.
Requirements

- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
Responsibilities
- Help maintain a clean, organized, fully stocked, and shoppable fragrance department.
