About The Position
InterHealth Medical Staffing Solutions, a staffing division of Tampa General Hospital, is seeking a Seasonal Registered Nurse for the Women's Center Operating Room. This role is for a 13-week contract with competitive compensation, including higher base pay, generous shift differentials, and purchasable benefits. Applicants must possess a minimum of two years of experience within the specific division and be deemed competent to work independently. Under general supervision, the nurse will deliver nursing care to patients, following established policies, procedures, and professional guidelines. This includes planning and implementing nursing care, documenting assessments, identifying and reporting situations requiring further intervention, formulating and communicating a goal-directed plan of care, and assuring patient rights. The role requires performing job duties in accordance with the mission, vision, and values of Tampa General Hospital and principles of quality improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within the specific division being hired into.
- Deemed competent to work independently.
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida.
- BLS required.
- ACLS required.
- PALS required.
- Robotic Experience required.
Responsibilities
