About The Position

Action is seeking Seasonal Recreational Assistants to join our team at Sycamore Creek in Corona, CA. This position will report to the on-site General Manager and works closely with fellow Recreational Assistants. This is a seasonal, full-time position from June through August. Recreational Assistants will be responsible for providing friendly customer service to residents, monitoring pool area entry; promoting adherence to pool rules; maintaining and inspecting pool areas; coordinating with vendors and team members; preparing written daily activity reports; reporting safety or maintenance issues; and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be over 18 years of age
• Successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Strong judgment and solutions-oriented
• Proactive customer service approach
• Cheerful, positive attitude and a desire to help people
• Calm demeanor under pressure
• Professional demeanor
• Oral and written communication skills
• Team Player attitude
• Attention to detail
• High ethical standards and excellent attendance
