About The Position
The Production Associate is responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations. This role helps prepare materials, operate equipment, follow safety and quality guidelines, and ensure products are made accurately and on schedule. The position requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Must be attentive to detail and ensure that the correct items are processed in the correct amounts
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Must be familiar with the Windows Operating System
Nice To Haves
- Commercial sewing/embroidery and/or digital printing experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Receiving and stocking blank inventory
- Pulling items from blank stock for production
- Operating various digital printers
- Operating embroidery machines
- Operating Laser Engraving Machines
- Operating Flatbed Printers
- Ceramic Mug Sublimation
