About The Position

This role is responsible for bagging and stacking ice bags onto pallets, monitoring product quality, and ensuring adherence to standards.

Requirements

• Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be able to lift and stack up to 45lbs throughout 12-hour shift.
• Must be able to work in room with temperatures of 45 – 60 degrees.
• Regularly required to talk or hear.
• Frequently required to use hands to handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.
• Occasionally required to stand and walk.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities

• Bag and/or stack ice bags on pallets.
• Stack a variety of products, ranging from 5 lb to 40 lb bags onto standard pallets.
• Monitor product quality including; bags not properly tied, foreign objects, discolored ice and any deviation from standards.
