About The Position

Reddy Ice is a leading brand in ice production and manufacturing, known for its commitment to consistency, quality, and service. They are seeking a Seasonal Production Laborer to join their team. This role is responsible for bagging and stacking ice bags onto pallets, monitoring product quality, and ensuring adherence to company standards. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive hourly wage and a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements

Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
Must be able to lift and stack up to 45lbs throughout 12-hour shift.
Must be able to work in room with temperatures of 45 – 60 degrees.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
The employee frequently is required to use hands to handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.
The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities

Bag and/or stack ice bags on pallets.
Stack a variety of products, ranging from 5 lb to 40 lb bags onto standard pallets.
Monitor product quality including; bags not properly tied, foreign objects, discolored ice and any deviation from standards.
