The company captures confident smiles and milestone moments from kindergarten through graduation day, partnering with schools and families to deliver high-quality photography, create a smooth Picture Day experience, and provide professional service. This role is based in London and surrounding areas, requiring travel to schools within the region.
Requirements
- Enthusiasm and passion for capturing meaningful student portraits and creating lasting memories
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with confidence interacting with students, staff, and families in a school environment
- Willingness to work a varied seasonal schedule, primarily Monday to Friday, with early mornings and occasional extended days as needed
- Daily access to a reliable, insured vehicle and a valid Canadian driver’s license
- Ability to lift and operate provided camera equipment, up to 40 lbs.
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age in accordance with applicable employment standards
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and able to perform work from within Canada

Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality student portraits while following established photography standards
- Create a positive, professional, and well-organized Picture Day experience
- Set up, operate, and pack down photography equipment at school locations
- Interact with students, school staff, and volunteers in a friendly and professional manner
- Work with team members to ensure Picture Day runs smoothly and on schedule
- Safely transport and care for photography equipment and materials
