About The Position

This role is for Seasonal Part Time Floor Staff, with a pay rate of $16.90 per hour plus free movie tickets. The position is based in the concession stand and involves alcohol sales, requiring the server to be of legal age with all necessary permits and licenses. Responsibilities include knowledge of laws regarding alcohol service, promotions, the Regal Crown Club Program, and the MPAA rating system. The role also requires exceptional guest service skills, handling of monies and merchandise, operating and cleaning concession equipment, proper use of storerooms and cleaning materials, knowledge of opening/closing procedures, emergency procedures, sales techniques (upselling and suggestive selling), counterfeit bill procedures, and compliance with food safety laws and dress code. Ensuring guest satisfaction through positive interactions, accuracy of cash drawers, inventory, and coupons, and knowledge of popper operation and emergency procedures are also key. Employees must abide by laws regarding breaks and meal periods and complete cast certification programs. Training materials on sexual harassment and discrimination must be read and understood.

Requirements

  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
  • Possess all applicable training permits and licenses to serve alcohol according to state and local laws.
  • Knowledge of and adherence to all laws and legal obligations regarding the serving of alcohol.
  • Knowledge of all coupons and on-going promotions.
  • Knowledge of and promotion of Regal Crown Club Program.
  • Knowledge and enforcement of the MPAA rating system.
  • Exceptional guest service skills.
  • Ability to handle all monies and merchandise (including non-saleable and saleable).
  • Ability to operate, prepare, and clean all concession related equipment.
  • Ability to properly use all concession related storerooms.
  • Ability to properly use all cleaning materials per MSDS.
  • Knowledge of all concession opening, closing and in between show procedures.
  • Knowledge of all emergency, evacuation and robbery procedures.
  • Excellent sales techniques, including up selling and suggestive selling.
  • Knowledge of counterfeit bill procedures.
  • Knowledge of and compliance with all local, state and federal food safety laws.
  • Knowledge and compliance of dress code.
  • Ensuring guest satisfaction – smile, greet, and thank all guests.
  • Responsible for accuracy of cash drawers, inventory, and coupons.
  • Knowledgeable of correct popper operation and emergency procedures.
  • Abide by all federal and state laws with regards to breaks and/or meal periods.
  • Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as a concessionist or progress towards completion required.
  • Complete any legally required state or local training and obtain the required certificate.
  • Complete the Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Online University.
  • Possess good public speaking skills.

  • Abide by all federal and state laws with regards to breaks and/or meal periods.
  • Complete progress towards completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as a concessionist.
  • Read and understand training materials covering subjects such as sexual harassment and discrimination.
