About The Position

The City of O'Fallon, MO is looking to hire a knowledgeable and dependable Seasonal Parks Maintenance Worker to work on outside maintenance projects throughout the summer season. This position involves working each day in the beautiful city grounds of O'Fallon's parks. As part of our Parks Department, you will be responsible for assisting in the outside routine maintenance of City parks. We are looking for individuals who can work a flexible schedule, with varying hours that include weekends, evenings and holidays. During the week, typically hours are M-F from 7am-3:45pm. You can expect to work various hours on weekends to maintain the park system as well as special events and tournaments.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old
The ability to lift and carry 50 pounds 100 feet
The ability to stand for extended periods of time
The ability to withstand weather conditions such as heat, cold, rain, snow, etc.
Possession of or ability to readily obtain a valid driver's license
