About The Position

This role is responsible for preparing apartments for occupancy by completing maintenance and painting tasks. The position also involves maintaining the cleanliness of the grounds and surrounding areas, and providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers, including prospects, residents, and vendors.

Requirements

• Sufficient verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Ability to work well independently and in teams
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Experience in maintenance/painting preferred
