Seasonal Packing Associate
About The Position
PrintsWell is seeking dependable, energetic seasonal team members to support our Packing Department during our busiest production season. These positions are essential to keeping customer orders accurate, organized, and moving efficiently from production through shipment. Available Positions include Binning (organizing completed products into correct order bins and confirming accurate routing), Sorting (sorting printed products and components by order, item, or production stage while inspecting for quality, accuracy, and defects), Picking (retrieving correct products and materials for each order and preparing them for final packing), and Packing (inspecting, packaging, labeling, and preparing customer orders for shipment according to company standards).
Requirements
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift and move boxes or materials as required.
Nice To Haves
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, packing, or production experience is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Follow order paperwork and production instructions carefully.
- Check products for quality, completeness, and accuracy before shipment.
- Keep work areas organized and restock packing materials as needed.
- Work efficiently to meet daily production and shipping deadlines.
- Communicate order concerns or discrepancies to a supervisor promptly.
- Assist in other production or fulfillment areas when needed.
