About The Position

We have some fun projects we are working on during our busy season! This is a PART-TIME, SEASONAL position. The schedule is subject to change with or without notice. Mandatory or voluntary overtime may be required to meet business needs. Some travel between warehouses/buildings may be required.

Requirements

• Must be able to accurately count and perform basic math functions such as addition, and subtraction
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to operate basic equipment such as a date stamper, and taper machine
• Must be able to complete necessary paperwork accurately
• Must apply food safety and employee safety guidelines in all performance measures
• The employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
• The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to fingers; handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
• The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, or crouch or crawl.
• The employee must frequently lift objects up to 10 pounds.
• Use Gripping, pinching, grasping, and pulling motions.
• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• High School diploma or equivalent desired but not required
• Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is ideal
• Previous experience training new employees is helpful

Responsibilities

• Label boxes
• Count packages while boxing for shipment
• Quality checks of product and packaging
• Complete paperwork which requires attention to detail
• Must be able to work on an assembly line
• Will be required to keep pace with team to minimize stoppage on the line
• Required to do basic housekeeping/sanitation duties during slow times
• Assist in the training of new employees
