About The Position

This position is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in shopping and finding products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key duties include completing truck unloading and merchandise tasks throughout the store, maintaining store recovery standards, and assisting with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). The role also involves participating in stocking and planogram processes, performing merchandise recovery and maintenance, supporting shrink and safety programs, and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs. Team members are expected to interact positively and respectfully with others, promote the organization's vision and values, and serve as role models. This role may also involve cross-training in Custom Framing.

Requirements

Must be at least sixteen (16) years or older.
Ability to remain standing for long periods of time.
Ability to move throughout the store.
Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.

Nice To Haves

Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
Experience with Custom Framing selling and production.

Responsibilities

Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop the store.
Ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience.
Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties.
Maintain store recovery standards.
Assist customers in locating products and provide solutions.
Engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
Participate in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance, including the merchandise return/go-back process and general store recovery.
Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
Support shrink and safety programs.
Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs.
Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner.
Cross train in Custom Framing selling and production.
Perform other duties as assigned.
