About The Position

This is a seasonal role at Target focused on inbound stocking operations. The position involves working overnight shifts to ensure products are set, in stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor. Target aims to provide team members with meaningful experiences that help them build and develop skills for a career, offering knowledge of guest service fundamentals, retail business fundamentals (department sales trends, inventory management, process efficiency), and experience executing daily/weekly workloads to support business priorities and sales goals.

Requirements

Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
Ability to work both independently and with a team
Ability to resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
Accurately handle cash register operations
Climb up and down ladders
Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds
Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays) and regular attendance necessary
