About The Position

This seasonal role supports Target’s overnight inbound and stocking operations. Team members stock and set Target products, helping ensure merchandise is available and the store is ready for guests. The work contributes to a consistent guest experience and may provide experience in guest service, retail fundamentals, inventory management, process efficiency, and executing workload to support business priorities and sales goals.

The role involves working efficiently independently and as part of a team in a busy, energetic retail environment. Training is provided. Team members are expected to maintain a welcoming and helpful attitude, adapt to technology, address guest questions, follow detailed processes, and handle merchandise safely. Flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and regular attendance are necessary.
