About The Position

The Seasonal Inbound Expert supports Target’s store operations by stocking and setting merchandise and helping ensure products are available, accurately priced, and ready for guests. The role contributes to an efficient, welcoming guest experience and supports business priorities and sales goals. Team members receive training and gain experience in guest service, retail fundamentals, inventory management, and process efficiency. The position requires a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and regular attendance.
