About The Position

This seasonal Target role supports store operations by stocking, setting, and selling Target products. Team members help maintain a guest-first experience while working efficiently and collaboratively to meet store priorities. The work provides experience with guest service, retail business fundamentals—including department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency—and completing daily or weekly workload to support business priorities and sales goals.

The position requires accurate cash register handling; climbing ladders; and safely scanning, handling, and moving merchandise, including frequently lifting or moving items up to 40 pounds. A flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and regular attendance are necessary. The starting hourly rate is $16.25, with a listed pay range of $16.25–$24.40 per hour.
