Seasonal: Overnight Inbound (Stocking) (T2450)
About The Position
This seasonal Target role focuses on inbound stocking and supporting store operations. Team members help ensure products are stocked and available, set, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor, while contributing to an efficient and welcoming guest experience. The role offers experience with guest service fundamentals, retail operations, inventory management, and executing daily and weekly workloads to support business priorities and sales goals. Team members are expected to work efficiently both independently and with a team, adapt to current technology, assist guests, and follow multi-step processes. The schedule is flexible and may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Regular attendance is necessary. The starting hourly rate is $16.25, with a stated pay range of $16.25–$24.40 per hour.
