About The Position

This is a seasonal role focused on overnight inbound stocking at Target. The position involves ensuring products are set, in stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor. It's a dynamic, team-oriented environment where associates help guests discover the joy of everyday life through their work. The role offers opportunities to learn retail business fundamentals, guest service, and operational efficiency. Training is provided, but foundational skills in guest interaction, adaptability, and attention to detail are expected.

Requirements

Ability to accurately handle cash register operations.

Ability to scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.
Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays) and regular attendance necessary.
