About The Position

This is a seasonal role focused on inbound stocking, where team members help guests discover the joy of everyday life. The position involves working efficiently and as a team to deliver for guests, providing service that makes them say 'I LOVE TARGET!', and stocking, setting, and selling Target products. It is not a Monday-through-Friday computer-based job, as the environment is busy, especially on weekends, to ensure guests feel welcomed, inspired, and rewarded. Target provides training for all necessary skills.

Requirements

Ability to work both independently and with a team.
Ability to resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
Accurately handle cash register operations.
Climb up and down ladders.
Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.
Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays) and regular attendance necessary.
