About The Position
This is a seasonal role focused on overnight inbound stocking at Target. Working at Target means helping all families discover the joy of everyday life. This role is part of the Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales team, which consists of experts in operations, process, and efficiency who ensure a consistent guest experience by setting, stocking, pricing, and signing products on the sales floor. Target believes team members have meaningful experiences that help them build and develop skills for a career, providing knowledge of guest service fundamentals, retail business fundamentals (department sales trends, inventory management, process efficiency), and experience executing daily/weekly workloads to support business priorities and sales goals.
Requirements

- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
- Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays)

Responsibilities
- Stocking, Setting and Selling Target products
- Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely
- Accurately handle cash register operations
