Camp St. Albans and Camp Robbinswold are hiring multiple seasonal staff members to support a dynamic and engaging overnight summer camp program. Positions include Site Experience Manager, Business Manager, Waterfront Director and Unit Counselor/Lifeguard. Summer Camp staff play a critical role in creating a safe, inclusive, and fun environment for campers. Depending on the role, responsibilities may include supervising campers, leading activities, supporting leadership development programs, managing program areas, assisting with administrative operations, or ensuring safety at specialized activity locations such as the waterfront. Staff work collaboratively to support daily camp operations and contribute to a positive and memorable camp experience for all participants. Camp Season 2026 will run from June 7th through August 18th, with start and end dates determined by position. For the 2026 season, overnight camp staff will divide their summer between Camp Robbinswold and Camp St. Albans. They will begin at St. Albans for the first week of training, then transition to Robbinswold for the second week. Staff will work three one-week camper sessions at Robbinswold, take a short break, and then complete three sessions at St. Albans.
