About The Position

This role involves operating, monitoring, and adjusting processing and packaging equipment to ensure product quality standards are consistently met. The Seasonal Operator will perform routine inspections, basic troubleshooting, and follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures. Accurate data entry and tracking of production data using computer systems are required, along with maintaining a clean and organized work area. Collaboration with team members to meet production goals is essential.

Requirements

• Strong attendance and reliability during the seasonal schedule
• Basic computer skills (data entry, system navigation)
• Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
• Must be available to work 12-hour shifts
• Must be available to work 7 days per week during peak harvest/production periods
• Overtime and weekend work are expected throughout the season

Nice To Haves

• Prior manufacturing or food production experience is a plus, but not required
