The Seasonal Employee will work under the direction of the Director of Campaign Finance and will assist the Director with carrying out the agency’s campaign finance responsibilities. The Seasonal Operations Clerk will answer incoming calls, greet and assist visitors, perform data entry, prepare correspondence, accept and process campaign finance data and reports, scan and file reports, maintain mail, conduct research, and liaise with government officials and agencies. This role also involves assisting with mail ballots, election recounts, and audits, as well as informing candidates and committees of their statutory obligations under campaign finance laws.
