Seasonal Operations Associate (BOH)

About The Position
The Seasonal Operations Associate works with the operations team during the holiday season to support the client experience and ensure assignments are executed effectively. The role reports to an Operations Manager and focuses on merchandise handling, shipping preparation, inventory control, price changes, and workplace safety.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in an operations or warehouse role.
- Familiarity with and ability to use retail and mobile technologies.
- Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare it for the selling floor.
- Prepare outbound merchandise to be shipped to a client, another store, or the distribution center.
- Complete daily inventory control operations.
- Execute merchandise price changes as needed.
- Follow safety procedures on the receiving dock and in all other work areas.
