About The Position
The Seasonal Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations during the end-of-year peak season. The role focuses on picking products, preparing and packing customer orders, and getting shipments ready for timely dispatch. Working with the Operations team, the associate helps maintain order accuracy and product quality and meet fulfillment deadlines while following established safety and operational procedures. The work takes place in a fast-paced warehouse environment and requires flexibility to accommodate changing schedules and business needs.

Responsibilities
- Follow daily work assignments, order priorities, and shipping deadlines from the Operations Supervisor or Manager.
- Pick products from designated warehouse locations using order details, pick lists, or system-generated instructions.
- Verify product numbers, quantities, and order information for accuracy.
- Pack customer orders using appropriate materials and established procedures.
- Label packages accurately and prepare completed orders for carrier pickup.
- Sort, stage, and organize outgoing orders in designated shipping areas.
- Inspect products and packaging for damage, defects, or discrepancies and report issues to a supervisor.
- Replenish picking locations, organize inventory, and maintain packing-material supplies as needed.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe picking, packing, and shipping work areas.
- Complete general housekeeping duties at the end of each shift.
- Adapt to schedule, shift-time, and hours changes based on business needs and seasonal demand.
- Support overtime, weekend work, and extended hours as needed during peak season, in accordance with applicable law.
