The coordinator will act as a liaison between the staffing office and the client, ensuring successful business development and employee retention. Key responsibilities include maintaining time and attendance records, processing payroll and benefits, assisting HR with investigations, monitoring the distribution center environment, and supporting safety programs. The role also involves answering employee benefit questions, assisting with open enrollment, tracking new hire compliance, supervising temporary associates, conducting exit interviews, administering new employee orientations, and resolving employee conflicts. Other duties as assigned.
