About The Position

Westfield Country Club is seeking seasonal On-Course Food & Beverage Guest Attendants. This dual role involves serving food and drinks on the golf course from concession-style comfort stations and working banquet events. The club is undergoing significant renovations, including a new clubhouse, dining room, bar, and pool facility, set to open in Spring 2026. This is an opportunity to join a new food and beverage team focused on personal development, learning, and team contribution.

Requirements

0 - 2 years of experience in customer service and cash handling.
Possession of a valid driver's license and a driving record that conforms to company standards.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, provide a warm welcome, and attend to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously.
Follow established safety and security protocols to ensure the well-being of guests and property.
Serve alcoholic, non-alcoholic, packaged, and prepared foods to guests and members at the Country Club through various outlets, including the golf course comfort stations, clubhouse walkup window, and event venues.
Take food and beverage orders using a point of sales system, handle payment transactions, and maintain daily inventory records.
Check the identification of guests requesting alcohol to verify their age using a valid photo ID.
Maintain clean and sanitized workstations throughout the shift, following proper hygiene and safety protocols.
Monitor the alcohol intake of guests and take the necessary steps to avoid excessive alcohol consumption and overserving of guests in accordance with Serve Safe trainings.
Assist in the setup, refilling, and removal of event food stations and event bars.
Assist in the serving and bussing of plated items to seated guests at events.
Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces, seating, and supplies.
Comply with all OSHA and Westfield safety/training/certification standards within required timeframes.
Regular operation of golf carts and/or other maintenance vehicles.
