About The Position

The Hospitality Operations Senior Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operational activities at their assigned location(s) (e.g., Club, Blair Center, Westfield Inn, General Store, etc.). The role is responsible for scheduling and training assigned staff and performing line/floor duty work as necessary in the development of products and/or delivery of services consistent with predetermined quality standards. The role is responsible for ensuring smooth workflow, efficient task execution, and effective communication during their assigned shift. The pay range is $20-25 per hour and is dependent upon experience, skill, and assigned outlet.

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in Hospitality Operations, or a related field.
  • High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) and/or commensurate experience.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and a driving record that conforms to company standards.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates the daily operations of a designated Corporate Hospitality location.
  • Assists with daily delegation of duties and oversight of line employees in area of responsibility which may include Servers, Bartenders, Event Staff, Food Service Workers, Golf Attendants, Grounds staff, Cashiers/Barista, Receptionists, Line Cooks, Dishwashers, etc.
  • Assists in employee selection and serves as the primary trainer of line and seasonal employees in their area of responsibility.
  • Oversees daily implementation and follow-up for training.
  • Ensures employee adherence to department Universal Standards and standard operating procedures in their areas of responsibility.
  • Schedules staff based on anticipated operational needs, labor budget guidelines and monitoring of actual labor hour costs and controls.
  • Complies with all OSHA and company safety/training/certification standards within required time frames and monitors safety conditions for employees and guests.
  • Assists with managing the operations of a specific shift, ensuring that all tasks and activities are executed efficiently and according to established procedures.
  • Schedules and assigns work shifts to team members, ensuring adequate coverage and appropriate skill matching.
  • Monitors attendance, punctuality, and adherence to work schedules.
  • Assists in training new team members on shift-specific tasks, responsibilities, and company policies.
  • Provides guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Maintains accurate records and documentation related to shift activities, including incident reports, shift summaries, employee performance evaluations, and any other relevant records.
  • Prepares and submits reports as required.
