About The Position

Oaklawn Hot Springs is hiring for a variety of seasonal opportunities across its property for the upcoming racing season. Team Members will help provide an exceptional guest experience during Oaklawn’s busiest time of year. Consistent weekend availability is sought. Candidates can speak with department hiring managers about available positions and what a typical day looks like. Applicants are encouraged to submit an application before the event; applications can also be printed or completed at the event. Job offers will be made on the day of the event for many open positions.

The hiring event is scheduled for Monday, November 9, or Friday, November 13, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Oaklawn HR Office, 166 Golf Links Road, Hot Springs, Arkansas. All applicants must complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
