About The Position

This position is responsible for assisting Olympic Eagle's drivers in delivering product to Olympic Eagle's accounts and stocking shelves. The person in this role must be able to follow the strict guidelines and requirements set by Olympic Eagle. Enjoys working with others, following guidelines, meeting deadlines and delivering impeccable customer service. Must have availability to work early mornings. This is a seasonal position and not eligible for healthcare or benefits with an end date of November 30, 2026. That said individuals that perform well may be given the opportunity for advancement within OE if there are openings.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to, regularly and frequently, lift a maximum of 25 lbs required
• Must have a valid drivers license and insurance levels as detailed below
• Must be at least 21 years old
• This position requires you to drive your own vehicle during work hours.
• We track miles through a company called Everlance so you will be required to set up an account with them
• Insurance requirements are as follows: Bodily Injury per Person $100,000, Bodily Injury per Accident $300,000, Property Damage $100,000, Un/under-insured motorist - $50,000
• Recommended: $1,000 Comp and Collision Deductibles

Nice To Haves

• Beverage industry experience preferred, but not required
• No requirement or verification for an endorsement for company use.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside a delivery driver to deliver product to Olympic Eagle's retail accounts
• Restock coolers while paying attention to freshness codes/dates and rotating and facing product as required
• Restock displays while paying attention to freshness codes/dates and rotating and facing product as required
• Rotate and work back stock as necessary
• Maintain a clean and neat/organized van at all times, according to Olympic Eagles Driver Policy
• Maintain Olympic Eagle's impeccable image through actions and appearance at all times
• Deliver consistent, dependable service and support to the sales and operations departments
• Ability to work as a team player and be flexible, as other merchandisers, sales people and drivers may need assistance or coverage on their routes any time
• Operate hand truck, six wheeler cart and pallet jack to move product to and from stock rooms to displays, etc.
• Maintain daily/weekend call sheet and submit to supervisor in a timely manner
• Follow all safety procedures and processes including but not limited to lifting, reaching and driving.
