About The Position

This seasonal position offers an opportunity to represent Olympic Eagle's portfolio of products and contribute to their market leadership. The role involves assisting delivery drivers in product delivery to retail accounts and stocking shelves, adhering strictly to company guidelines. The ideal candidate enjoys teamwork, meeting deadlines, and providing excellent customer service, with availability for early morning shifts.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to, regularly and frequently, lift a maximum of 25 lbs required
• Must have a valid drivers license and insurance levels as detailed below
• Must be at least 21 years old
• This position requires you to drive your own vehicle during work hours.
• We track miles through a company called Ever Everlance so you will be required to set up an account with them
• Insurance requirements are as follows: Bodily Injury per Person $100,000, Bodily Injury per Accident $300,000, Property Damage $100,000, Un/under-insured motorist - $50,000
• Recommended: $1,000 Comp and Collision Deductibles
• No requirement or verification for an endorsement for company use.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside a delivery driver to deliver product to Olympic Eagle's retail accounts
• Restock coolers while paying attention to freshness codes/dates and rotating and facing product as required
• Restock displays while paying attention to freshness codes/dates and rotating and facing product as required
• Rotate and work back stock as necessary
• Maintain a clean and neat/organized van at all times, according to Olympic Eagles Driver Policy
• Maintain Olympic Eagle's impeccable image through actions and appearance at all times
• Deliver consistent, dependable service and support to the sales and operations departments
• Ability to work as a team player and be flexible, as other merchandisers, sales people and drivers may need assistance or coverage on their routes any time
• Operate hand truck, six wheeler cart and pallet jack to move product to and from stock rooms to displays, etc.
• Maintain daily/weekend call sheet and submit to supervisor in a timely manner
• Follow all safety procedures and processes including but not limited to lifting, reaching and driving.
