About The Position

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Seasonal Maintenance Help to support general facility upkeep and basic building projects in our manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who enjoy working with their hands, staying active, and contributing to a team-oriented operation.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to perform physical labor in a manufacturing environment
• Comfortable working with hands, tools, and equipment
• Willingness to work in a dirty, dusty, or industrial setting
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and reliability required
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
• Ability to write basic communication to understand on-the-job work standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks, including minor repairs, painting, cleaning, power washing, and facility improvements
• Assist with facility projects such as power washing, painting, and applying safety floor tape/markings
• Support the organization and overall building upkeep
• Support production and maintenance teams as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Perform cleaning tasks and organize areas of the facility.
