About The Position

We are seeking a hard-working individual to join our team for the summer months. In this temporary position, you will assist with the general maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep of Ag Leader facilities, while supporting our Maintenance team with various tasks. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute in a meaningful way to our organization.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old (summer students must be at least 16 years old)
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Be dedicated to bringing your best every day.
• Basic understanding of landscaping tools and techniques.
• Willingness to learn and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• A valid driver's license, which may be required for operating company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Mowing, edging, and fertilizing lawns around properties on a regular basis.
• Operate groundskeeping equipment such as lawn mowers, leaf blowers, etc.
• Perform regular cleaning duties in various areas of the facilities.
• Assist with inside and outside maintenance projects as needed.
• Take on miscellaneous tasks and projects assigned.
• Occasional use of vehicles to pick up supplies and to transport materials to and from work sites while assisting on project work.
• Adhere to safety procedures for personal protective equipment and processes.
