About The Position

The Wicked Loon is a high-volume upscale waterfront restaurant located on the town docks in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire, on Lake Winnipesaukee. The restaurant is heading into its fourth summer season and is seeking a Seasonal Line Cook to join the kitchen team. This role involves working under an Executive Chef, serving both lunch and dinner at a high level in a fast-paced environment. It's an opportunity for someone seeking a real seasonal experience with high volume, contributing significantly to the kitchen's operations from setup to service and cleanup. The ideal candidate will be a bona fide line cook who can contribute from day one and be a strong part of the team, not someone looking to coast through the summer.

Responsibilities

  • Help take the kitchen into service, through service, and out of service
  • Set up and ready before the rush
  • Stay locked in during service
