About The Position
Shack Shine (a Southwind company) is redefining the home services industry by providing a professional home detailing experience. Based in the Kansas City Metro, they specialize in window cleaning, gutter maintenance, power washing, and high-end Christmas light installations. This role focuses on professional holiday light installation services, seeking experienced installers to join the team from September through December. The position offers the chance to spread holiday cheer throughout the Kansas City Metro Area.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of commercial-grade Christmas or holiday light installation experience (preferred, not required)
- Comfortable working on ladders and roofs (up to 40 feet)
- Valid driver’s license with no major infractions
- 21+ years of age
- Dependable, reliable, and punctual
- Available up to 6 days per week
- Ability to work efficiently independently and as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Maintenance, General Labor, Power Washing, Painting, Landscaping, Roofing, or Construction.
Responsibilities
- Install holiday lights professionally.
- Work on ladders and roofs up to 40 feet.
- Provide a friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude to customers.
- Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Be reliable and punctual, available up to 6 days per week.
