About The Position
We are currently hiring Seasonal Landscapers in Wilmington, NC to join our team for the upcoming season! If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a hardworking crew, this is a great opportunity.
Requirements
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions (heat, humidity, etc.)
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Nice To Haves
- Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Perform general landscaping duties including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
- Assist with planting, mulching, and basic lawn care
- Remove debris and maintain clean, safe job sites
- Operate landscaping tools and equipment (weed eaters, blowers, etc.)
- Follow directions from crew leaders and work efficiently as part of a team
