About The Position

We're looking for a reliable, hard-working individual to help with general property maintenance and light landscaping on Nautilus Island. This is a hands-on outdoor role suited to someone who takes pride in keeping grounds clean, tidy, and well-maintained.

Requirements

• Comfortable operating basic landscaping equipment (weed wacker, leaf blower, etc.)
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Able to lift, bend, and be on your feet for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or general maintenance preferred (not required)

Responsibilities

• Pick up and clear fallen branches and debris
• Weeding garden beds and maintaining flower/planting areas
• Weed wacking / string trimming along walkways, fence lines, and hard-to-reach areas
• Leaf blowing and clearing walkways, driveways, and common areas
• Light painting touch-ups (fences, railings, small structures, etc.)
• General cleaning of outdoor spaces
• Basic upkeep of tools and equipment used on the job
• Reporting any larger maintenance or landscaping issues that need attention
