This role will be located in Tampa, FL. As a Seasonal Landscape Crew Member at Sunrise Landscape, you will be an essential part of our landscaping team, responsible for executing a variety of tasks on residential and commercial landscaping projects. This role involves working with a team to complete landscape installations, maintenance, and enhancements, ensuring that all work meets our high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in landscaping or a related field is preferred but not required. On-the-job training will be provided.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform physical tasks.
• Basic knowledge of landscaping techniques and tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices, plant care, and equipment operation is advantageous.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects, work outdoors in various weather conditions, and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation of various landscape elements, including planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and turf.
• Help with the construction of hardscapes such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, pruning, weeding, and mulching to ensure the upkeep and health of landscapes.
• Prepare job sites by clearing debris, leveling soil, and setting up necessary equipment.
• Ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and according to project specifications.
• Operate landscaping tools and machinery, such as lawn mowers, blowers, edgers, and hand tools.
• Maintain equipment in good working condition and report any malfunctions or needed repairs.
• Ensure that all work is completed to company standards and client specifications.
• Conduct final inspections of completed tasks to confirm quality and address any issues.
• Work effectively with other crew members, following instructions from supervisors and assisting with various tasks as needed.
• Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while on the job site.
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow best practices to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Represent GreenScape Landscaping Solutions professionally on job sites.
• Address any client questions or concerns courteously and report feedback to supervisors.
