Seasonal IT Technician
About The Position
At Frontier City, work is FUN! Working as an IT Technician, you’ll provide support to users and assist with the help desk line. You’ll also… Assist with questions and problems related to hardware, software, POS (Point of Sale) equipment, and network-related inquiries. Unpack, configure, install, and dismantle equipment including POS computers, desktop computers, laptops, monitors, printers, copiers, and any accompanying peripheral devices. Troubleshoot and diagnose problems related to desktops, laptops, POS, networks, cameras, and mobile devices. Assist with configuration and testing of new hardware and software implementations.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Able to lift and/or carry moderately heavy loads.
- Physical qualifications to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and reach throughout your shift.
- Above average verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to read and understand English.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- Previous Law Enforcement, Public Safety, or Security related experience is preferred.
